SYNOPSIS

Monday at 06Z... a vertically stacked low level pressure area south of Italy is expected to move slowly eastward, reaching southern Greece on Tuesday at 06Z. A trough west of Ireland is expect to dig southward during this period. Diurnal heating will likely allow for the formation of some convective instability across central and southeastern Britain, parts of the Iberian peninsula and possibly across the central Balkans. Rising motions and diurnal heating will likely cause a few storms to form as well across Turkey. Other areas of low stability and rising motions, where storms may form include the northern Ukraine and the Ionean Sea. No severe storms are expected.
